I am Delmar Johnson, Speaker, Author and HR Consultant to small and midsize women-owned businesses.
Professionally, I have over 25 years of experience working with big corporations, small business owners and startups, I founded the brand HR Brain for Hire™ as a trusted and resourceful solution for first time employers in need of affordable and efficient hiring and onboarding, team building, operational development, and training.
At the heart of who I am is a servant leader and a human being who shares what she knows and or have experienced personally to help in hopes that it encourages and equips the next woman who’s navigating her own journey

When I decided to pursue a career in HR
With all the boldness of a 17 year old in my senior year in high school, I proclaim without knowing all the answers first. It's been a ride that has led into so many other things.
